Wedding / Party Favors Refund Policy

Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 15 days before the event will receive a refund of the balance paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made within 10 days of the event are non-refundable.
- Product Quality: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the coffee beans due to defects in roasting or packaging, please contact us within (3) three days of receiving your order with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or a partial refund at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued for issues related to personal taste preferences.
- Customization Errors: If there is an error in the customization that is our fault (e.g., incorrect spelling on labels), we will reprint and reship the affected items at no additional cost.
- Shipping Issues: For shipped orders, if the package is lost or significantly damaged during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements will be issued based on the carrier's findings.
