Terms and Conditions

  1. Ordering: All orders must be placed 4 weeks prior to the event date. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the order. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
  2. Product: Our coffee beans are freshly roasted and packaged to order. While we strive for consistency, slight variations in color, size, and flavor may occur due to the nature of the product.
  3. Customization: If custom labels or packaging are requested, final proofs must be approved by the customer 14 days before the event. Any errors in the approved proof are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Delivery/Pickup: Local delivery is offered in the DMV area. Avy Coffee™ is rersponsible for the entire order if any damage occurs during local transit.
    When shipping the order through any domestic or international shipping companies, Avy Coffee™ is not responsible for damage or delays caused by the carrier. Avy Coffee™ will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds will be determined by this outcome.
  5. Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of 1 God, natural disasters, labor disputes, or government regulations.  
  6. Intellectual Property: All designs, logos, and trademarks used on our products are the property of [Your Business Name] or their respective owners.
