Avy Coffee™ is a family-owned specialty coffee company dedicated to sourcing exceptional coffee beans from around the world. Founded in 2024, our mission is to bring the highest quality coffee experiences to our customers while supporting sustainable and ethical coffee farming practices.
Our Story
Avy Coffee™ was started by Aline Zam Vieira and Kyle Andersen, a couple with a deep passion for coffee. After thousands of pots brewed and understanding coffee is a major part of their lives, they decided to start their own coffee company.
Their goal was to share their love of coffee and introduce customers to rare, unique coffee origins and specialty roasts. They started Avy Coffee™ in their home kitchen, carefully sourcing roasters for small batches of coffee.
Over the months, Avy Coffee™ has grown, but our commitment to quality and sustainability has remained the same. Kyle and Aline are involved in every aspect of the business, ensuring that each cup of Avy Coffee™ lives up to their high standards.
Our Coffee
At the heart of Avy Coffee™ is our commitment to sourcing and having our roasters roast exceptional coffee beans. We work directly with coffee farmers in renowned coffee-growing regions to ensure we get the freshest, most flavorful beans. Our team of coffee experts meticulously curates our selection, which includes rare single-origin coffees as well as our own signature blends.
We take great pride in our roasting process, which is done in small batches to preserve the unique characteristics of each coffee. Our roasters use a combination of art and science to coax out the optimal flavor profile of each bean, resulting in a consistently delicious cup of coffee.
Sustainability & Ethics
Sustainable and ethical coffee farming practices are of the utmost importance to us. We work closely with our farmer partners to ensure they are paid fair living wages and that their workers are treated with dignity and respect. We also support programs that protect the environment and promote biodiversity in coffee-growing regions.
