Wedding and Event Policies
Lead Time

Minimum Lead Time: We require a minimum of one (1) month (30 days) lead time for all coffee bag favor orders. This allows us sufficient time to:
- Source and roast the freshest beans.
- Design and print custom labels (if applicable).
- Package and prepare your order for delivery or pickup.
- Rush Orders: While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, we generally cannot accommodate rush orders with less than one month's notice. In exceptional cases, a rush order may be considered for an additional fee, subject to our availability. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
- Order Confirmation: Your order is not considered confirmed until we receive the signed contract and the non-refundable deposit. Placing an order less than 30 days before the event does not guarantee fulfillment.

Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 15 days before the event will receive a refund of the balance paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made within 10 days of the event are non-refundable.
- Product Quality: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the coffee beans due to defects in roasting or packaging, please contact us within (3) three days of receiving your order with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or a partial refund at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued for issues related to personal taste preferences.
- Customization Errors: If there is an error in the customization that is our fault (e.g., incorrect spelling on labels), we will reprint and reship the affected items at no additional cost.
- Shipping Issues: For shipped orders, if the package is lost or significantly damaged during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements will be issued based on the carrier's findings.

- Ordering: All orders must be placed 4 weeks prior to the event date. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the order. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
- Product: Our coffee beans are freshly roasted and packaged to order. While we strive for consistency, slight variations in color, size, and flavor may occur due to the nature of the product.
- Customization: If custom labels or packaging are requested, final proofs must be approved by the customer 14 days before the event. Any errors in the approved proof are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery/Pickup: Local delivery is offered in the DMV area. Avy Coffee™ is rersponsible for the entire order if any damage occurs during local transit.
When shipping the order through any domestic or international shipping companies, Avy Coffee™ is not responsible for damage or delays caused by the carrier. Avy Coffee™ will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds will be determined by this outcome. - Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of 1 God, natural disasters, labor disputes, or government regulations.
- Intellectual Property: All designs, logos, and trademarks used on our products are the property of [Your Business Name] or their respective owners.
